Prices exclude VAT. Invoices are issued monthly, based on database count.
Per database. If you monitor 3 databases on one server, that counts as 3 DBs. No per-host fee, no unused seats.
No. The Free plan is free forever; the 14-day Starter trial starts without a card.
The agent runs read-only and outbound-only. Raw SQL text is not collected (KVKK), and AWR/ASH is never used on Oracle — license risk is zero.
Any time. Upgrades apply instantly; for downgrades, your current database count must fit the new limit.
